Letter: Here's another vote for parents, not president, as role models
Friday, Sept. 18, 1998 | 10:14 a.m.
My answer: Parents should be the first role models for their children.
I feel that only a small percentage of children know what transpired in the White House, adding to this, they don't even know of President Clinton.
I also feel the majority of parents will agree with me.
Learning respectability and growing up with the learning of the Ten Commandments is an excellent way for children to be brought up. This starts in the home with the parents. By this the parents become role models.
