Executives resign from company

Company President Warren Kiggins and Tom Coyle, director of warranty services, submitted their resignations on Tuesday, owner Jim Rhodes said in a statement.

The company, which is on a one-year probation from the Nevada Contractors Board, did not disclose why Kiggins and Coyle decided to leave. Kiggins had been with the company about two months after heading Beazer Homes in Las Vegas.

Kiggins and Coyle could not be reached for comment today.
