Gaming seminars set

Michael Caruso is to speak Tuesday at a Casino Management Association seminar on information systems. Caruso is director of sales and marketing at InterAmerican Data. The topic is "integrated player tracking systems." Other highlights include systems platforms, establishing databases and relational databases. A second CMA seminar on Wednesday features officials from the MGM Grand hotel-casino's University of OZ speaking about customer service. Heather Horwood and Stephen Fritz will explain how the "City of Entertainment' trains its "cast members" on courtesy and service.
