Obituaries for April 19, 1999

Virginia 'Ginny' Gotham, 77, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 24, 1921, in Casey County, Ky. A resident for four years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by four sons, Rick Gotham and Jim Gotham, both of Las Vegas, David Gotham of Lake Tahoe and John Gotham of Simi Valley, Calif.; two sisters, Evelyn Tucker and Frances Bowlen, and one brother, Richard Tucker Jr., all of Louisville, Ky.; and five grandchildren.

Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Winona Lamoreaux Stewart

Winona Lamoreaux Stewart, 83, of Alamo died Sunday in Alamo. She was born Feb. 20, 1916, in Paragonah, Utah. A former Las Vegas resident for many years, she was a supervisor at Child Haven.

She is survived by two daughters, LaRue Cook and Estelle Foremaster, and one son, Karl Crosby "K.C." Stewart, all of Alamo; two brothers, Clark Lamoreaux and Walter K. Lamoreaux, both of Paragonah; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Saturday in the Alamo LDS Chapel. Burial will follow in Alamo City Cemetery. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Richard N. Terbeek

Richard N. Terbeek, 69, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born July 8, 1929, in Urbana, Ohio. A resident for 19 years, he was a retired Navy petty officer first class and World War II veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Josephine; two daughters, Linda Lambert of Las Vegas and Tina Hancock of Roy, Utah; one son, Russell Terbeek of Las Vegas; two sisters, Barbara Duktig and Nancy Lane, both of Cleveland; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Robert Wiegmann

Robert Wiegmann, 66, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born July 8, 1932, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for three years, he was a retired general manager for an aircraft parts firm.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra; one daughter, Lori Webb; two sons, Bill Wiegmann and Greg Wiegmann; one stepdaughter, Sandra McLaughlin; two stepsons, Bill March and Robert March; one sister; and four grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled 3-5 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
