Seven arrested after fight at nightclub

They were arrested on charges of battery, affray, and obstructing and resisting officers after the 2:25 a.m. fight at the Reno Live Dance Club on North Sierra Street.
Police said more than 500 patrons gathered outside the club after a fight broke out between several security personnel and patrons.
The crowd was contained near the club by members of the police horse mounted unit until the incident inside was resolved.
The crowd then dispersed quickly without incident, police said.
