Letter: Arena would cater to celebrities

Who do you think is going to get first choice on choice seating? I know the real insiders will get to see the games and sit in choice seats.

And I am confident that Mayor Goodman and his present friends, and former clients, will get choice seats. And don't forget the two "geniuses" (Steve and Elaine) and their friends.

And how about the entertainment industry which is Las Vegas, unlike most other cities our size and larger? They and their friends are going to get their share.

Ever notice where Jack Nicholson and Spike Lee sit at Laker and Knicks games?

The big casinos/tourists should pay the giant's share of the cost of the proposed sports and entertainment complex because they will receive the giant's share of benefits from the proposed "Wynn Coliseum and Performing Arts Center."

It should be a piece-of-cake, a lay-down, a high-five, for them.

I'm confident that if it is built, they will come, not we will come.

We won't be given a chance to come, and we wouldn't be able to afford it if we were.
