Help needy children go to summer camp

Like many boys in the valley, 8-year-old Nicholas has never known his father.

And it's been a long time since 15-year-old Christopher has seen his father.

The boys may differ in age and background but they share the same need -- a positive role model. Nicholas needs male interaction, his mother said.

Christopher's mother said her son, who has never been to camp, has limited extra-curricular activities because of the family's low income.

By sending donations to the Las Vegas Sun summer camp fund children like Christopher and Nicholas will have the opportunity to attend summer camp.
