Letter: Hughes should honor commitment

I say, OK, let us "taxpayers" put the money up front to get the beltway completed in a more timely manner if we must, but why not then ask Hughes to reimburse the county (read taxpayers) at the time they would have otherwise done this project? What is wrong with still requiring Hughes to follow through with its original commitment?
