Skywest adding LV-Palm Springs flights

St. George, Utah-based SkyWest Airlines, which operates some of its flights as United Express, is adding service from Las Vegas to Palm Springs, Calif., in October.
The airline, which operates 30-passenger, twin-engine Brasilia aircraft on the route, will add an afternoon flight to and from Palm Springs on Oct. 1, bringing to two the number of daily round trips between the cities.
On Oct. 31, the company will add another round trip for a total of three round trips between the cities.
SkyWest is the fourth largest regional air carrier and is the exclusive provider of United Express flights on the West Coast. The airline routinely changes its seasonal service in Palm Springs in the spring and fall.
