Federal grand jury indicts three

A federal grand jury Wednesday indicted three people on unrelated charges.

Authorities allege Nicole Farina "intentionally assaulted and intimidated flight attendants" on a United Airlines flight from Chicago to Las Vegas in October, interfering with their duties.

Joseph Dean Moyer was indicted on an escape charge for allegedly slipping away from the Federal Prison Camp at Nellis Air Force Base on Feb. 20, 1997. Moyer was serving time in the facility after having been convicted in California on a methamphetamine manufacturing charge.

Court documents also say John Carmen Pearl was indicted on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
