Letter: Panama Canal must be controlled by United States

In addition to the above, there is the inescapable fact that the vital national security interests of our country are at stake with a hostile country, China, which could have missiles in Panama, so close to our borders.
Congress must uphold their sworn duty to protect and defend our Constitution and our country.
