Brief: Board moves to stop eyeglass dispensing

Attorneys representing the Nevada State Board of Dispensing Opticians are seeking an injunction to prevent A B See Optical Inc., 3201 S. Maryland Parkway No. 100, from ophthalmic dispensing.
The suit says a customer received prescription eyeglasses after visits Nov. 18, Nov. 20 and Dec. 21.
The state board said A B See was not licensed in the state to dispense prescription eyewear.
Representatives of the company could not be reached for comment on the allegations.
