Philip Alexander Bradley, 73, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 2, 1925, in Little Rock, Ark. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired casino manager and a Korean War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Lela; two daughters, Susan Berger and Vicki Bradley, both of Las Vegas; four sisters, Martha Kent of Valencia, Calif.; Ramona Isbell of Paradise, Calif., and Florence Holt and Georgia Burros, both of Arizona; one brother, Thomas Bradley of Canoga Park, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

Patricia A. Clark

Patricia A. Clark, 61, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 18, 1937, in Detroit. A resident for 27 years, she was a bookkeeper for a financial service, an Avon representative for 20 years and a ballroom dancer.

She is survived by two daughters, Earlene Clark and Helen Clark-Long, and one son, Warren Clark, all of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. services Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Evelyn I. Clemens

Evelyn I. Clemens, 87, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local care center. She was born Aug 23, 1911, in Milwaukee. A resident for 27 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by three daughters, Marian Grade and Kathleen Goddard, both of Las Vegas, and Helen Batemon of Dallas; one son, Richard Clemens of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Molly C. Cocchia

Molly C. Cocchia, 86, of Las Vegas died Jan. 22 in a local health care center. She was born March 29, 1912, in New Jersey. A resident for 30 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Anthony Cocchia and Leonard Cocchia, both of Las Vegas.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Kingdom Hall, 4051 N. Cimarron Road. A private burial will follow. American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane, is handling arrangements.

Clara Katherine Conger

Clara Katherine Conger, 85, of Henderson died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 5, 1913, in Aurora, Neb. A resident for 55 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Delsie May Hearn of Mesa, Ariz., and Frances Herberta La Chapelle of West Plains, Mo.; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 6-9 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 9 a.m. services Saturday at the LDS Bermuda Ward, 4340 W. Warm Springs Road. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Linda L. Davis

Linda L. Davis, 45, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 5, 1953, in Waterloo, Iowa. A resident for 30 years, she was an insurance agency representative.

She is survived by her husband, John B.; one daughter, Ashley A. Davis, and one brother, Jerry Schwartz, both of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Palm Chapel, Jones. A private burial will follow.

Charles F. Degler

Charles F. Degler, 63, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospice. He was born Dec. 18, 1935, in Indiana. A resident for seven years, he was a computer programmer, a member of the Rose Society, Boise (Idaho) State University Alumni and Sigma Chi fraternity at Boise State.

He is survived by three sons, Mark Degler, Kevin Degler and Chris Degler; one daughter, Andrea "Andy" Neth; one sister, Terri Degler; and three grandchildren.

Jimmy Devore

Jimmy Devore, 42, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 11, 1956, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A resident for 20 years, he was a hotel assistant executive chef, a member of the Culinary Union and did several musical fund-raisers for the American Cancer Society and the Nathan Adelson Hospice.

He is survived by his wife, Cooki; two daughters, Beth Devore and Megan Devore, one son, Christopher Devore, and his mother, Helen Anne Devore, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Mary Sue Carroll of Burlington, Ky., and Julie Glauninger of Fremont, Calif.; and one brother, Michael Devore of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Visitation will continue until 7 today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main.

Pauline Dunsmore

Pauline Dunsmore, 79, of Boulder City died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 20, 1919, in Iowa. A resident for four years, she was a secretary in the marine industry.

She is survived by her husband, William Sr.; one son, William Dunsmore Jr. of Boulder City; four sisters, Margaret Lee of South Carolina, Helen Coones of Kansas, Dorothy Pooler of California and Shirley Dugan of Missouri; and three grandchildren.

Odessa Hawkins

Odessa Hawkins, 80, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local health care center. She was born June 10, 1918, in Wacissa, Fla. A resident for 23 years, she was a retired telephone operator and a member of the Arthritis Foundation.

She is survived by five daughters, Carolyn Hawkins Johnson, Constance McKissack, Gail Hawkins and Lesley Baldwin, all of Las Vegas, and Linda Mabin of Portage, Mich.; one sister, Thelma Williams of Brooklyn, N.Y.; many nieces and nephews; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Kathleen Virginia Hodgkin, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born June 18, 1914, in Wyoming. A resident for 47 years, she was a hotel cashier-manager.

She is survived by one son, J. David Hodgkin of Las Vegas; two brothers, Fred Hopka of Wyoming and Tom Hopka of California; three grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Richard A. Johnson

Richard A. Johnson, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 13, 1928, in Chicago. A resident for four years, he was a retired security director at the Taubman Co.

He is survived by his wife, Diana Paolella Johnson; four sons, Thomas R. Johnson of Las Vegas and William A. Johnson, Robert A. Johnson and Michael L. Johnson, all of Chicago; one sister, Virginia Fahlander of Savannah, Ga.; and three grandchildren.

Woodrow Max Kahn

Woodrow Max Kahn, 80, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born June 19, 1918, in California. A resident for five years, he was self-employed in the water-conditioning industry, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of American Legion post 0100.

He is survived by his wife, Grace W.; one son, Vincent Kahn; one daughter, Carleen Kahn; one brother, Laurie Kahn; three sisters, Doris Cecchi, Dorothy Byrnes and Joann Burke; and two grandchildren.

Lewis Max Kelsoe

Lewis Max Kelsoe, 31, of Las Vegas died Jan. 17 in Las Vegas. He was born April 28, 1967, in California. A resident for four years, he was a casino security officer and an Army veteran.

He is survived by one son, Lewis Kelsoe, and one daughter, Cassie Kelsoe, both of Washington state; his parents, Mike and Orillene Temple of Henderson; and one sister, Beth Kelsoe of California.

Cayelynn Korer, 28, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 8, 1970, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Richard; her father, Harold Osborne, her mother, Paula L. Goucher, and two sisters, Leslie Milana and Shanna Smith, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Casey Shea of Butte, Mont.; and her grandparents, Mary Lynn Tanner of Milwaukee and Hugh Osborne of Houston.

Vivian Louise Marshall, 72, of Las Vegas died Jan. 28 in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 8, 1926, in Houston. A resident for four years, she was a sales representative.

She is survived by one sister, Doris Brown, one nephew, Earl Brown, both of Las Vegas; one niece, Shelia Brown of Los Angeles; great-nieces; great-nephews; great-great-nieces; cousins; and a host of loving family and friends.

Jerry R. McCoy

Jerry R. McCoy, 64, of San Diego died Saturday. He was born Aug. 19, 1934, in Bandon, Ore. A former Las Vegas resident for 55 years, he was a pipe fitter, an Army veteran and a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 524 for 47 years.

He is survived by his wife, Patty; one son, Brett McCoy, and one daughter, Laura McCoy, both of Las Vegas; three stepsons, Chris Weekly of Portland, Ore., Ray Weekly of Pinetop, Ariz., and Rick Gillett of East Lansing, Mich.; one stepdaughter, Robin Moon of Myrtle Point, Ore.; and one grandchild.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Charles Henry NeSmith, 36, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Henderson. He was born Dec. 10, 1962, in Orlando, Fla. A resident for two years, he was disabled and retired.

He is survived by his wife, Sherryl, one daughter, Rachel Evans May NeSmith, one son, Jacob James Scott NeSmith, one stepdaughter, Christa Lee Wolfe, and one sister, Linda Stanton, all of Henderson.

Marian Potts, 81, of Las Vegas died Jan. 17 in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 2, 1917, in Las Vegas. A resident for many years, she was a homemaker.

Steven M. Risley

Steven M. Risley, 35, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 28, 1963, in Maryland. A resident for 15 years, he was a Circus Circus desk clerk for seven years, active in the Boy Scouts in New Jersey and a member of the U.S. Chess Federation.

He is survived by his father, Richard R. Risley of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 2-4 p.m. Saturday in Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday in Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 5485 E. Charleston Blvd.

Anna Laura Sessions, 79, of Boulder City died Tuesday in Boulder City. She was born Jan. 1, 1920, in Elsinore, Utah. A resident for 37 years, she was a retired bait and tackle shop owner-operator and involved with the Boys and Girls Club during her retirement.

She is survived by three daughters, Alice Price and Wynona Shinost, both of Henderson, and Carol Kalastro of Boulder City; two sons, Bill Sessions of Bunkerville and Larry Sessions of Richfield, Utah; two sisters, Kathryn Muir of Bennion, Utah, and Madelyn Ryder of Palmdale, Calif.; 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Earlene Shaw, 65, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 29, 1933, in Kentucky. A resident for nine years, she was a nurse.

She is survived by one son, Ernest M. Shaw, and one daughter, Diana Marie Shaw, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Janet Alkins of Wayne, Mich.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Jack; one son, Brian Slatkin; one brother, Dewey Holzer.

Josephine Johanna Whalen, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born April 12, 1928, in Farrell, Pa. A resident for 22 years, she was a retired waitress at the Flamingo Hilton and a member of Culinary Local 226.

She is survived by one daughter, Carla Wagner of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.
