Letter: What has GOP done for little guy?

All the benefits we have were proposed and passed by the Democrats and opposed by the Republicans. Things like Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, health and safety at work, minimum-wage laws, sick pay, maternity leave, equal opportunity laws, voting rights for all, laws that protect air and water, etc.

The Republicans serve some very well. They protect the wealthy and ease tax and regulations on business.
