The Detroit News reported Atwater/Circus was the last to start on its $140 million temporary casino at a former bread factory.
Spokesman Jack Barthwell declined to say if the temporary casino will have a theme, though Circus Circus is well known on the Las Vegas Strip for its themed properties including Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur and the Circus Circus hotel-casino.
MGM Grand was the first to start work on its temporary Detroit casino followed by the Greektown group.
