LVCVA signs agreement to bring more entertainment to city

SFX Live is a division of SFX Entertainment Inc., the nation's top producer of live music, theater and sporting events.
Under the agreement, SFX will bring nine events to Las Vegas over the next three years, beginning with a May 8 music festival featuring country singer George Strait.
"The alliance with SFX is a major component in our overall strategic plan for marketing and promoting Las Vegas," said Manuel Cortez, president of the LVCVA.
