Joseph 'Doc' Aleshi, 93, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 26, 1905, in Kansas City, Mo. A resident for 47 years, he was a retired gaming executive.

He is survived by one daughter, Joann Riordan of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

Hulda H. Alleman

Hulda H. Alleman, 88, of Boulder City died Sunday in Boulder City. She was born March 21, 1910, in Saskatchewan. A resident for 22 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, George T.; one daughter, Geraldine Miller of Boulder City; one sister, Mabel Kirkman of Shafter, Calif.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Boulder City Cemetery. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Martha Jane Barker

Martha Jane Barker, 79, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 22, 1919, in Ohio. A resident for 11 years, she was an assembly worker for a toy factory.

She is survived by her husband, Robert H.; four sons, Vincent John, Paul Robert, Mark Allen Stratter and Robert Duke Barker; two daughters, Sharon Berg and Cherella Haines; one brother, Harry Reynolds; 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Robert Keith Barritt

Robert Keith Barritt, 74, of Las Vegas died Jan. 30 in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 31, 1924, in Iowa. A resident for 38 years, he was a security officer for a private company and a World War II Navy veteran.

He is survived by one son, Clarence Brett Barritt of Las Vegas; one brother, Joseph Barritt of White Bird, Idaho; and nine grandchildren.

Jack A. Bosarge

Jack A. Bosarge, 67, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born Aug. 3, 1931, in Biloxi, Miss. A resident for 48 years, he was a gaming boxman at the Maxim for the last 14 years.

He is survived by his wife, Paula; one daughter, Julie Bosarge of Carson City and Tricia Bosarge of Las Vegas; one son, Joe Bosarge of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 9 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Jones. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Paul B. Bronken, 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born May 13, 1923, in Colfax, Wis. A resident for 45 years, he was a retired owner-operator of a construction company, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the Southwest Rotary.

He is survived by his wife, Ethel; two daughters, Sally Dickinson of Fremont, Calif., and Penny Telleria of Salem, Ore.; one sister, Barbara Rolfe of Boise, Idaho; and six grandchildren.

Joan M. Concannon, 71, of Las Vegas died Jan. 30 in Las Vegas. She was born April 6, 1927, in Illinois. A resident for 10 years, she was a retired bookkeeper in the health-care industry, a past Toastmistress and PTA president.

She is survived by her husband, James; three sons, Jeffrey Concannon of Castro Valley, Calif., and John "Jack" Concannon and Joseph "J" Concannon, both of Las Vegas; two daughters, Jill Concannon of Darwell, Alberta, and Joy Burleson of Las Vegas; and 10 grandchildren.

Duane 'Tiny' Cook

Duane 'Tiny' Cook, 67, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born March 17, 1931, in Lincoln, Neb. A resident for 19 years, he was a retired maintenance man for a mobile home park and a Korean War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Ann; three daughters, Donna Stoneback and Toni Ann Russell, both of Las Vegas and Kim Axtell of Denver; five sons, Walter Miano, John Miano, Michael Miano and Jim Cook, all of Las Vegas and Steve Cook of Denver; one brother, Paul Cook of Denver; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

David B. Deuel

David B. Deuel, 13, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born July 13, 1985, in Las Vegas. A resident for 14 years, he played basketball on the Paradise Valley High School team and the Silver Springs Recreation Center Fury team.

He is survived by his parents, Steve and Kathy Deuel, and one sister, Krista Joy Deuel, all of Henderson; and his grandparents, Harvey R. Deuel of Port St. Lucie, Fla., and James and Barbara Coughlin of Las Vegas.

Margaret Egan

Margaret Egan, 89, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born April 9, 1909, in Pennsylvania. A resident for many years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Arline Caggiano of Henderson and Lorraine Dunn of New York; two granddaughters, Jane Caggiano and Pamela Caggiano, both of Henderson; and two grandsons, Neil Dunn and Douglas Dunn, both of New York.

Clara Jeanette Garner

Clara Jeanette Garner, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. She was born Jan. 4, 1915, in Arkansas. A resident for 64 years, she was a homemaker and among the first keno runners in Nevada.

She is survived by one daughter, Joy Hinck of Las Vegas; two sisters, Alice Weiss of Las Vegas and Eva Wilmoth of Fairland, Okla.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Zenon Linden, 76, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 15, 1922, in Poland. A resident for nine years, he was a self-employed tailor.

He is survived by his wife, Stella; two sons, Roman Linden of Miami and Robert Linden of St. Louis; two daughters, Alexandra Linden of Laguna Niguel, Calif., and Dorota McCutchin of Dallas; and two grandchildren.

Leta Lowery, 60, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 3, 1939, in Bakersfield, Calif. A resident for 24 1/2 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Joe; three daughters, Jacqueline Sargent, Brenda Muirr and Angela Duarte, and one son, Joe William Lowery, all of Las Vegas; one sister, Mary Lou Graham of California; and seven grandchildren.

Robert George Lyons

Robert George Lyons, 70, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born July 7, 1928, in Fisher, Ore. A resident for 31 years, he was a construction worker, a World War II Army veteran, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10047 and the American Legion,

He is survived by one son, Bobby Lyons of North Las Vegas.

Henry 'Scotty' McGarry

Henry "Scotty" McGarry, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born March 18, 1914, in Newmains Wishaw, Scotland. A resident for 14 years, he was a metal machinist and a member of several dancing clubs.

He is survived by his wife, Edna; two sons, Edward and Michael; three daughters, Carol, Laraine and Eithne; three brothers, Thomas, James and William; and numerous grandchildren.

Fred Monsouir

Fred Monsouir, 62, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 2, 1936, in Martins Ferry, Ohio. A resident for 18 years, he was a (Union) Plaza hotel-casino bartender for 18 years, an Air Force veteran and a member of the Culinary Union.

He is survived by his wife, Elsie Ann; two sons, Gregory Monsouir of San Bernardino, Calif., and Daniel Monsouir of Las Vegas; two daughters, Vicki Bawden of Ivins, Utah, and Stephanie Lujan of Las Vegas; and nine grandchildren.

James Aloysius Mulhern, 49, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 18, 1949, in Illinois. A resident for 36 years, he was an operating engineer, a member of Elks Lodge 1062 in Tonopah and Operating Engineers Union.

He is survived by his wife, Eileen; three daughters, Dani Martines of Henderson, Kacie Mulhern of Las Vegas and Therese Cord of Hayden, Idaho; his mother, Betty Mulhern of Las Vegas; three brothers, Kevin Mulhern of Fernley and Thomas Mulhern and Donald Mulhern, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Patricia Gisler of Camano Island, Wash.; and one grandchild.

Clyde Harvey Routh

Clyde Harvey Routh, 71, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born May 2, 1927, in Van Buren, Ark. A resident for 36 years, he was a retired furniture cabinetmaker, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of Benevolent Protective Order of Elks.

He is survived by his wife, Betty June; three daughters, Margo Siebert and Roxanne Sudenbery, both of Las Vegas and Rose Selby of West Plains, Mo.; five sons, Kenneth Routh of San Bernardino, Calif., and Robert Routh, Clyde Routh, Don Johnston and Lee Harman, all of Las Vegas; one sister, Ruby Stevenson of Stillwell, Okla.; one brother, Elmer Routh of Oklahoma City; 23 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

He is survived by one daughter, Shirley Williams of Las Vegas; one sister, Margaret Schrock of Detroit; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Nicolas Rufino Vargas, 65, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born April 15, 1933, in Argentina. A resident for three years he was an automobile mechanic.

He is survived by his wife, Reina; two sons, Martin Vargas and Gustavo Vargas, both of Las Vegas; and one brother, Henry Vargas of Argentina.

Carmen S. Wiltshire

Carmen S. Wiltshire, 73, of North Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 11, 1925, in New York. A resident for 17 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond; two sons, Garland Jeffreys of New York and Raymond Wiltshire Jr. of Texas; and four grandchildren.
