Brief: Pay phone company sues strip club

Hippodrome Corp., which operates Nevada PayPhone, said in its suit that Little Darlings of Las Vegas LLC violated the agreement. The phone company is seeking more than $10,000 in damages.
The suit says Little Darlings signed a 36-month contract with automatic renewals in May 1995. After a November 1997 renewal, Nevada PayPhone says Little Darlings made its telephones inaccessible by placing a vending machine in front of them.
In late 1998, Little Darlings allegedly allowed a competitor to set up pay phones in the club, which Nevada PayPhone said violated the agreement.
A representative for Little Darlings could not be reached for comment.
