Shuffle Master profit declines

Revenue of $6 million was down from $7.3 million.
Chairman and Chief Executive Joseph Lahti said the results exceeded analyst expectations and that the company is trying to increase recurring revenue while becoming more efficient.
"We are now entering a phase of multiple new product launches that are expected to contribute to revenue growth by the third quarter," he said.
The company makes shufflers, Let It Ride Bonus table games and other gambling products.
