Three Stooges' slot machine to be developed

The gaming supplier said it obtained the rights to the sounds and images of the timeless comedy trio and is negotiating with potential partners for developing and marketing the game.

"Just the mention of the Three Stooges brings a smile to the face of most everyone. We are really looking forward to using humor to create a uniquely entertaining slot machine game," Brooke Dunn, vice president of marketing, said in a company statement.

Separately, Shuffle Master said its next generation single-deck shuffler, the ACE, was approved by Mississippi gaming authorities for use by casinos in that state.
