Sadi Anderson, 53, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 5, 1944, in California. A resident for 27 years, she was a eligibility worker for the state of Nevada.

She is survived by one daughter, Tena Maria Martucci; one brother, Fred Anderson of California; one sister, Diana Baggett; and one grandchild.

Bob Bartko

Bob Bartko, 40, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 25, 1958, in McKeesport, Pa. A resident for four years, he was a mechanic in the construction industry.

He is survived by one daughter, Shawna Bartko, one son, Matthew Bartko, his parents, John and Jeanne Bartko, two sisters, Tina Permigiani and Mary Ann Bartko, all of Pennsylvania; and two brothers, Frank Bartko of Florida and Richard Bartko of Nevada.

Diane L. Begnoche

Diane L. Begnoche, 46, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 12, 1952, in Dover, Del. A resident for 13 years, she was a loan processor.

She is survived by her husband, Frank R.; one son Chris M. Begnoche of Henderson; her parents, George and Louise Pepper of Marydel, Del.; and one sister, Patty Pepper of Camden, Del.

Visitation was scheduled 1-4 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson handled arrangements.

Joseph J. Bertuglia Sr.

Joseph J. Bertuglia Sr., 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. He was born Aug. 27, 1919, in Newark, N.J. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired mailing insertion assembler, a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Purple Heart recipient and a National Guard and a World War II Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Laura; two sons, Joseph J. Bertuglia Jr. of Tempe, Ariz.,and Vito Bertuglia of Mesa, Ariz.; one daughter, Suzanne Carter of Oceanside, Calif.; two sisters, Anna Pisciotta and Antionette Toscano, both of Naples, Fla.; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 6-7 p.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne with additional services 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 1111 Michael Way.

Dorothy M. Black

Dorothy M. Black, 83, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 8, 1914, in Ohio. A resident for 10 years, she was an inspector in the aerospace industry.

She is survived by one son, Michael; two sisters, Frieda Steinberg and Harriet Fraigun; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Ada L. Block

Ada L. Block, 91, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born July 5, 1907, in New York state. A resident for 43 years, she was a homemaker and a member of the City of Hope, Hadassah, Ort, and St. Jude's Ranch for Children.

She is survived by her husband, Leonard; two daughters, Gale Blanchard and Ruth Duer; and four grandchildren.

Robert D. Carter

Robert D. Carter, 71, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 17, 1927, in Kentucky. A resident for 30 years, he was a gaming shift boss and a veteran of the Navy and Merchant Marines.

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; one brother, Deward Carter; and two sisters Delphyne Heck and Dorothy Smith.

Stanley Feinberg

Stanley Feinberg, 74, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 24, 1924, in Boston. A resident for eight years, he was an administrator for Hughes Aircraft, a Coast Guard veteran and a member of the Jewish War Veterans Post 711.

He is survived by his wife, June; three sons, Jay, Howard, and Mark Feinberg; one daughter, Melissa Navon; one sister, Freyda Karp; and 10 grandchildren.

Graveside services are scheduled 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Samuel John Gentile

Samuel John Gentile, 84, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born July, 10, 1913, in New York state. A resident for seven years, he was an aircraft assemblyman for Douglas Aircraft, a member of the Elks, volunteer worker for the veterans and was recorded by Brunswick as the oldest person to bowl 300.

He is survived by one son, Richard Gentile; one daughter, Marie Wood; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Robert A. Gilbreath

Robert A. Gilbreath, 77, of Rio Rancho, N.M., died Sunday in Rio Rancho. He was born May 22, 1921, in Baker, Ore. A longtime resident of Las Vegas, he was a retired auto body collision technician and an Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Ann; three sons, Robert Evard Gilbreath and Richard Glen Gilbreath, both of Las Vegas, and Jerry Lee of Albuquerque, N.M.; one daughter, Beverly Williams of Okee, Wis.; one sister, Lela Blackwell of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Joseph Gilbreath of Pamona, Calif., and Paul Gilbreath of Colorado; nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Ronald Hegge, 58, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born July 2, 1940, in Madison, Wis. A resident for 20 years, he was a custodial supervisor for the city of Las Vegas.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn; one daughter, Rhonda Check, one son, Mark Hegge, both of Las Vegas; four brothers, John Hegge and Richard Hegge, both of Wisconsin, Gerald Hegge of Indiana and Wallace Hegge of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Frank Hoff III and Walter Hoff, both of California; one daughter, Barbara Riddle of Las Vegas; one brother, Lewis Rauber of Ohio; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Roger F. Jesness

Roger F. Jesness, 33, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born April 26, 1965, in Los Angeles. A resident for one year, he was a freelance artist and assistant manager for Radio Shack.

He is survived by his wife, Frances Jesness, three sons, Paul Thompson, Eugene Thompson and Raymond Thompson, three daughters, Jennifer Thompson, Elizabeth Thompson, and Lisa Thompson, and his mother, Marylou Weston-Jesness, all of Las Vegas; his father, Peter Jesness of Cambria, Calif.; and one brother, Philip McBride of Van Nuys, Calif.

Dora D. Johannesson, 79, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 21, 1919, in Saskatchewan. A resident for 17 years, she was a retired retailer in the clothing industry.

She is survived by her husband, Carl E.; and one sister, Jean E. Sellers of Henderson.

Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services are scheduled 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park.

Harry B. Kornacki

Harry B. Kornacki, 65, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born June 29, 1933, in Chicago. A resident for four years, he was a retired vice president of a manufacturing company and a Korean War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine Kornacki; three sons, Bill Kornacki of Dyer, Ind., and Tom Kornacki and Michael Kornacki, both of Las Vegas; two daughters, Lynne O'Connor of Oak Forest, Ill., and Lisa Teresi of Las Vegas; his mother, Marie Kornacki of Tucson, Ariz.; two brothers, Leonard Kornacki of Tinley Park, Ill., and Dennis Kornacki of Tucson; one sister, Dolores Kaznowski of Calumet City, Ill.; and seven grandchildren.

Mark LeRoy Madson, 80, of Searchlight died Jan. 12 in a local hospital. He was born April 12, 1918, in Bakersfield, Calif. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired oil distributor.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda M.; one son, Wade Madson; one sister, Genevieve Wood of Ashland, Ore.; two brothers, Lloyd Madson of Bakersfield, Calif., and Donald Madson of Yreka, Calif.; and two grandsons.

She is survived by her husband, Harold "Doad"; one daughter, Karen Piper Nettleton of Las Vegas; two sons, George of Albuquerque, N.M., and Tommy of Orlando, Fla.; one sister, Ilo Jay of Grant, Neb.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda Collins of Bullhead City; one son, Daniel Rossi, Jr. of Quartz Hill, Calif.; two sisters, Fran Bellafato of Mesa, Ariz., and Lucille Clark of Murrietta, Calif.; one brother, Andy Daniello of Gainesville, Ga.

Herman Paul Sharp, 81, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born April 28, 1917, in Fayetteville, Ark. A resident for 19 years, he was an mail clerk for the Postal Service, a member of the Rockhound Club and an Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Kathryn; one daughter, Maralyn Duggan of Sun City, Calif.; one brother, Howard Sharp of Fair Oakes; one sister, Laverna Qxley of Oregon; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and nine great great-grandchildren.

Allen J. Wilder, 82, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local care center. He was born July 9, 1916, in Columbus, Ohio. A resident for 31 years, he was a retired songwriter.

She is survived by three sons, Marcus Wilder of Reno, Bruce Wilder of Las Vegas and Gavin Wilder of Virginia Beach, Va.
