Brief: Company upgrades equipment in LV

Nationwide Graphics, Houston, installed several prepress machines and computer hardware and software equipment to support existing production facilities at the Graphics West plant at 3901 Graphic Center Drive in Las Vegas.

"The upgrades were made as a result of Nationwide's policy of assessing the equipment needs of acquired companies and taking steps to promptly satisfy those needs to permit the company to remain cost competitive and a leader in its region," said Jerry Hyde, Nationwide Graphics vice chairman and executive vice president.

Dale Meldgaard, president of Nationwide, said the new equipment will allow for faster turnarounds.
