Brief: New LV paper debuts

The company plans a February edition and then intends to publish bi-monthly beginning in March. It hopes to become a weekly by June. AJM said the circulation is 15,000.
The first edition includes a ranking of the 50 most influential Asian Pacific Americans in Southern Nevada. No. 1 is Municipal Judge Cedric Kerns.
AJM said the newspaper's readership will be highly educated and affluent.
