Letter: Legislators not unlike dictators

When our congressmen act against the "will of the people" these same people who criticized totalitarian regimes insist they acted on their consciences or to uphold the rule of law. Many South American generals who ruled and all communist dictators say the same thing.

Makes one wonder.
