Bicyclists take part in Critical Mass ride

Police reported no problems during the hour-long Critical Mass ride through Reno Friday evening.
"We are trying to solve the problem of too many stinking cars," said participant Pete Menchetti, 25.
The event has spread internationally after starting in San Francisco in 1992.
San Francisco's event turned chaotic two years ago, with 5,000 cyclists blocking traffic for hours and hundreds arrested.
But only two citations have been issued at the Reno ride since it began four years ago, police said.
