BET Holdings plans restaurant at casino

BET Holdings Inc. and Park Place Entertainment said BET will open a Tres Jazz restaurant at the Paris hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip when the resort opens in September.
This will be the fourth Tres Jazz restaurant for BET Holdings.
The fine dining restaurant will offer Caribbean cuisine and jazz music. The menu will be created by noted Miami chef and restaurateur Cindy Hutson.
BET Holdings owns Black Entertainment Television and has other interests in the media, restaurant and clothing industries.
