Burning body in dumpster puzzles police

The victim was Jennette W. Testa, 20, who was reported missing by family members on Saturday.
Firefighters who responded to the call shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday thought they were dealing with a routine trash fire before they noticed the body in the trash bin at an industrial park in the city's south side off South Meadows Parkway.
It's not known if the victim was dead before the fire started, police said.
"It's unknown until forensics gets a chance to take a look at the body and investigate the leads," Reno Police Lt. Joseph Walker said.
