Ruth Amsler-Vogt

Ruth Amsler-Vogt, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 21, 1915, in Rew, Pa. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Alfred; one daughter, Patricia Hayhurst of Las Vegas; one son, Ray Amsler of Lake Elsinore, Calif.; two sisters, Loretta Dennis of Florida and Alberta Barnes of New York; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be one hour prior to 3 p.m. services Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Angel Beltran

Angel Beltran, 49, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 2, 1950, in Havana. A resident for 14 years, he was a casino slot foreman and a Vietnam War Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene; one son, Angel Beltran III of San Diego; and one brother, Mario Beltran of Miami.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. services Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

Frances DeFrancesco

Frances DeFrancesco, 80, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 7, 1919, in Aundried, Pa. A resident for 48 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, Richard DeFrancesco of San Francisco, Sam DeFrancesco of Las Vegas and Michael DeFrancesco of Florence, S.C.; one sister, Anna Addonizio of Elizabeth, N.J.; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday with a 5 p.m. rosary in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Anne Catholic Church, 1901 S. Maryland Parkway. Entombment will be in Memory Gardens Mausoleum.

John W. Drach

John W. Drach, 67, of Logandale died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born April 6, 1932, in Jersey City, N.J. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired nightclub owner of The Hop.

He is survived by three daughters, Jaclyn Brown and Kathleen Smith, both of Middletown, N.Y., and Karen Alexandropoulos of Milford, N.J.; his companion, Kay Bignotti of Logandale; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be 5 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

The family suggests donations to Opportunity Village Arc, 6300 W. Oakey Blvd., Las Vegas.

Vera Flowers

Vera Flowers, 89, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 2, 1910, in Beaver Falls, Pa. A resident for 17 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter, Janys Speigel of Las Vegas; one son, Nick Flowers of Richmond, Va.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is private. Services will be 5 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

Teresa Dee Hagadorn

Teresa Dee Hagadorn, 46, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 17, 1953, in Glendale, Calif. A resident for five years, she was a civil service administrative assistant for the U.S. Navy.

She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Chepa and Sara Hagadorn, and her parents, Robert and Marian Osborne, all of Las Vegas; three sisters, Cathi Ridenour of Renton, Wash., Pattie Ridenour of Ventura, Calif., and Laura Dimin of Louisville, Ky.; two brothers, Raymond Osborne of Las Vegas and Jim Glavey of Simi Valley, Calif.; and one grandson, Cody William Chepa of Las Vegas.

Services will be 4 p.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will be in California.

The family suggests donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 1900 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.

Anne McFadden

Anne McFadden, 53, of North Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 6, 1945, in Philadelphia. A resident for six years, she was a registered nurse.

She is survived by one brother, Tom McFadden of Las Vegas.

A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

Helen E. Palmer

Helen E. Palmer, 72, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 25, 1927, in Highland Park, Mich. A resident for 10 years, she was a saleswoman for the original Price Club in San Diego and a printer for Ford Tractor Co.

She is survived by her husband, Lyle E.; one son, Michael L. Palmer of Las Vegas; and two sisters, Wanda and Marilyn, both of Michigan.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive. Burial will be private. Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Jean Salas

Jean Salas, 73, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 30, 1926, in French Morocco. A resident for 11 years, he was a gourmet chef in Beverly Hills, Calif.

He is survived by his wife, Georgette; four sons, Richard Salas and Joseph Salas, both of Las Vegas, and Johnny Salas and Gilbert Salas, both of California; two daughters, Claudia Loffredo of California and Sylvia Lodge of Las Vegas; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. services today in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial will be private.

Richard C. White

Richard C. White, 86, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 21, 1912, in Bealton, Va. A resident for 39 years, he was a retired transportation director for the Clark County School District.

He is survived by two sons, Dr. Dennis White and Richard White, both of Leona Valley, Calif.; two daughters, Tanya White and Shannon White, both of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
