Park Place chief back at work

Park Place Entertainment Corp. of Las Vegas on Friday said its president and chief executive, Arthur Goldberg, resumed his normal schedule after leaving a hospital for treatment of pneumonia.

"This has been a difficult time and I appreciate the strong support of Park Place's executive team for their outstanding management of this business as well as their personal support," Goldberg said in a statement.
