Marilyn is a retired executive secretary for the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. She is a member of the Harmonettes Unit, Daughters of the Nile. She is currently acting in plays at regional theaters.
They have one daughter, Robyn Kaufman.
