Letter: Gun makers, owners criticized unfairly

As a mother of five and grandmother of 15 my heart and prayers are with the families who have lost their treasured children.

Sorry, Mr. Smith. This tragedy was a willful act. According to your mediocre brainwash this tragedy was somehow the work of the NRA, gun store owners and their ilk in Washington! You are simply prattling garbage fed to you without reasoning it out.

In my Sunday school class here in Vegas, we sing, "Be careful, little hands, what you do, (feet where you go, eyes what you see, heart who you trust and mind what you think").

The young men who perpetrated this horror filled their minds with hate. They are responsible for their actions. If people fanned this hatred, that is their responsibility.

Your pen is way off target. Wise up. God holds each of us accountable for our actions. Society didn't make them do it. It was an act of their own will.
