Golf course designer sues Rhodes

A company that helped design the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club in southwest Las Vegas filed suit in District Court against Rhodes Design and Development.

Park West Golf Inc. claims Rhodes has not paid for Park West's services. Rhodes, in the meantime, had filed its own complaint against Park West.

The court consolidated the complaints and sent them to arbitration, but the process stalled and resulted in the new suit.

Jim Rhodes, owner of Rhodes Design, said Park West failed to meet its deadline on installing Bermuda grass on some of the holes and he had to sod those holes at greater expense.
