Hotel has new owner

The Hertz Group of Los Angeles completed its $5 million purchase of the property on Thursday through its affiliate, Sapphire Gaming.
Hertz officials said improvements to the 310-room hotel are planned, and the casino's 424 employees are expected to keep their jobs.
