Letter: After Littleton, adopt dress code

This will put all students on a level playing field and give them a sense of belonging. This will not stop gangs or cliques but it will stop them from distinguishing themselves on campus and may eventually cause them to break up or disband.
Most private schools have a dress code, and it seems to work.
