Senior Classic: Las Vegas Senior Classic facts

Facts and figures for this week's Las Vegas Senior Classic golf tournament:

When: Thursday through Sunday.

Where: TPC at Summerlin and TPC at The Canyons.

Purse/distribution: $1.4 million; $210,000 for

first place.

Format: 78 professionals, 72-hole stroke play competition with no cut. Thirty-nine players will alternate between the two courses on Thursday and Friday, each playing with three amateurs. The final two rounds will be played at the TPC at Summerlin.

TV: ESPN (Cox Cable channel 19) Friday, noon to 2 p.m.; Saturday, 2:30 to 4 p.m.; Sunday, 2:30 to 4 p.m.

Tickets: $20 each day
