Sporting goods company files suit

The individual owners of the bankrupt Nevada Bob's Pro Shop Inc. were sued in District Court for debts the company owed.
Wilson Sporting Goods Co., a division of Pepsico, filed the suit against John Lucia, also known as John Elton; Dolly Bradley and Robert Lucia, also known as Robert Elton.
The suit says Robert, John and Marian Elton signed a personal guaranty on May 19, 1975, for Nevada Bob's debts. The suit says the company owed Wilson $342,402 when it went bankrupt earlier this year.
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
