Tax Wynn pictures, use money on kids

Sandra Tiffany's vote against the tax relief proposal for ol' Steve Wynn shows her ability to see through smoke and mirrors.
Why don't we tax Steve for his pictures and give the $15 million or $20 million to the kids for airfare to a free public art museum.
