Dream Pools, 1920 Rock Springs St., was ordered to close by commissioners. Charges against the company included the use of unlicensed contractors, failure to complete contracted work and non-payment of subcontractors. Claims can now be placed against two $50,000 surety bonds Dream Pools and Paul Construction had obtained when they were licensed.
A message at Dream Pools' Las Vegas number acknowledged that the company had been shut down by commission order, but offered no comment on the matter. Both companies are owned by Paul Krowicki. Krowicki couldn't be reached for comment. Michael Wixom, Krowicki's attorney, declined comment.
