Federal law enforcement officer arrested on drunk driving charge

Ernesto Diaz, 30, an agent for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, was booked late Friday into the Washoe County Jail.
Police said Diaz's vehicle was stopped on South Virginia Street after an officer observed a right-of-way violation.
Diaz works for the bureau's Reno office.
