Letter: Congratulations to kids who passed

Why is it that 92 percent of these kids were able to pass the tests? Did they study, do their homework or listen to their teachers and parents?

They only had to get a score of 61 percent to pass. I do not think it is time to make this easier for anyone. We do not need to teach our kids that when it gets tough, don't worry, we will make it easier for you.
