Tourist from Hawaii wins jackpot on $60

The woman, whose name was not released, hit the Jeopardy MegaJackpot.

The 29-year-old winner is an operations manager at a flooring distributorship in Waipahu.

"I stopped to play Jeopardy because there was another woman who was winning a lot," she said in a statement. "When the symbols lined up, I thought I won 5,000 credits."

The woman said she plans to use some of her winnings to help her aunt build a church. She said she went to The Mirage with her family to check out the resort's white tigers.

Jeopardy - a three-quarter progressive game that builds from a base amount of $200,000 - is based on the game show and is one of 17 Nevada MegaJackpot systems developed by International Game Technology.
