Letter: Vegas' answer to Times Square ball

Then I came up with the idea of dropping a giant pair of lighted dice 1,000 feet from the Stratosphere. I think that Las Vegas should consider doing this. I hope that Las Vegas does do this because I think it would be a great idea. It fits in perfectly with the city.
