NLV homeowners sue association, builder

Twenty-one members of Pecos Creek Homeowners Association sued the association, Saratoga Homes Ltd., Paragon Construction and R. Dine Inc., alleging defects in a 40-condominium unit complex called Pecos Creek at 1830 North Pecos Road in Morth Las Vegas.

"These Pecos Creek homeowners are living without heat, the plumbing doesn't work, the roof leaks and the builders said they aren't going to fix it," David Pursiano, the plaintiffs' attorney said. "The sssociation has an obligation to make repairs but it isn't because they are controlled by the builders which are refusing to take responsibility for the repairs."

The defendants could not be reached for comment.
