Letter: Moore's death was a shame

I would like to thank Ron Kantowski for his excellent tribute to race car driver Greg Moore ("Deaths of Moore, Payton strike up memories," Nov. 2).

I did not know Greg, only of his talent. I was pleased to hear of his persona as well as the driver's accomplishments.

It seems God is taking the good ones as of late.
