Letter: More to road rage than in article

What right does someone have to drive 15 mph in the left lane because they are talking on a cell phone? What right does someone have to make a left turn from the right lane? What right do you have to be the 12th person through a red light? These people need to be removed from the road or fined heavily!

I need to get from point A to point B. If the traffic flows smoothly, no problem. When someone feels that he is more important than everyone else on the road, than there is a problem.

I believe the roads need to be made safer and a radar gun is not the answer. The "morons" need to be removed either by the DMV or the police. Cell phones need to be outlawed if people need to slow down to communicate.
