Letter: 'Notch baby' talk is a myth that is easily disproved

This fact sheet explains the entire situation and includes a chart. I am in my mid-70s so I'm not some kid telling off the "old folks." It is so sad that these folks have been under the wrong impression all of these years. If I recall correctly, we can thank James Roosevelt and his letters for stirring up the "stew."
