Three Las Vegas real estate licensees fined

The Nevada Real Estate Commission fined Robert Brinton $21,500 for 43 violations, and ordered him to complete 36 hours of continuing education. Brinton, a real estate broker, also must pay up to $25,000 in costs of his disciplinary proceedings.

Albert Flangas, also a broker, and Michael Sarkis, a former broker-salesman, were fined $1,000 apiece for two violations and told to complete nine hours of continuing education.
