Innovation needed for kids' education

I am grateful for the Sun's Nov. 10 story about the food factory inside the Clark County School District.
So that's how come the cookies crumble! All along I've blamed the top-heavy school administration for low achievers. I apologize. Maybe the solution is in breaking up the entire microcosm of government involvement into our children's lives.
With the Y2K just ahead we need all innovative resources for our kids to learn to read and write for the new millennium. Vouchers, choice and home schooling are the answer.
