Accused in gang shooting pleads guilty

Diego Alcala faces up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced by Washoe District Judge Brent Adams on Jan. 5.
Alcala's Friday plea stems from the death of Omar Rodriguez, 19, in the parking lot of the Six Pence Inn in Reno. The victim was shot in the head.
Investigators said guns and drugs were involved but did not know whether they accounted for the motive.
