Larry Bray

Larry Bray, 90, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. He was born Jan. 25, 1909, in Russia. A resident for 52 years, he was a retired casino host.

He is survived by one son, Marlin Bray of Las Vegas; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling private arrangements.

Paul O. Kessler

Paul O. Kessler, 75, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born March 24, 1924, in Ohio. A resident for several years, he owned a water well drilling company.

He is survived by his wife, Victoria; one daughter, Diana Blankenship, one son, James Kessler, one grandson, Thomas Blankenship, and one granddaughter, Jamie Kessler, all of Las Vegas.

Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Luciano G. Sanchez Jimenez

Luciano G. Sanchez Jimenez, 19, of North Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 7, 1980, in Mexico. A resident for six months, he was a farmer.

He is survived by one daughter, Sophia Sanchez of Las Vegas; his parents, Selestino and Brigida Sanchez Jimenez, and three brothers, Juan Jose Sanchez, Enrique Sanchez and Oscar Sanchez, all of Mexico; one sister, Yuridia Sanchez of Phoenix; and his fiancee, Antonia Madero of North Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Wednesday with a 3 p.m. service at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will be in Mexico.

Eadie Goode Sylos

Eadie Goode Sylos, 81, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 28, 1918, in Paris, Texas. A resident for 18 years, she was a movie actress.

She is survived by two sons, Jeffrey R. Eyman and Michael V. Eyman, both of Las Vegas.

Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road, No. 16, Henderson, is handling private arrangements.

Gertrude Tubbs

Gertrude Tubbs, 90, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 9, 1909, in Lake City, Iowa. A resident for 16 years, she was a city government secretary/bookkeeper.

She is survived by six grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Eleanor Yudson

Eleanor Yudson, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. She was born Aug. 30, 1920, in Boston. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Abe; two daughters, Barbara Yudson of Los Angeles and Gayle Yudson of Las Vegas; and one brother, Philip Grupp of Las Vegas.
